I had tried to sell for over a year but when I listed it with Marlene she was on it immediately. Within 48 hours she had a team at the property with a drone to collect pictures for the listing. She researched the area and suggested a price which I was delighted with. I had an offer within a week. She helped me negotiate with the buyer, always answering my calls and texts at all hours all the way to closing which was about a month after I contacted Marlene. WOW! I'm never using anyone one else!!

We went through a number of houses with Marlene (even at late hours of the day) & she always assisted us with a smile & positive outlook even when we became frustrated with the process. She continually found new options until we finally found our perfect home. She was even able to connect us with a mortgage broker who got us an excellent deal on a mortgage. "Whew! Looking for a realtor can be daunting. Realtors are like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get! But on a more serious note. I came across a property and Weichert was the listing agency. In my search for a realtor on their site I decided on Whitney, mainly because her profile stated the word "trust". In my world, trust is an important aspect to doing business. Well, from my experience with Whitney so far, in addition to trust there are a plethora of qualities that come to mind...professional, friendly, knowledge-able, initiative, strategic planning, thorough, listening/comprehending preferences.... and I'm sure I'll add to this list soon enough. From my several experiences with looking at real estate, this process "can" be stressful. I'm not feeling that in the slightest and l'd like to credit Whitney for her contributions in that regard. Y'all should feel confident if you go with Whitney for your real estate services. Compared to others, you'll get more than your commisions worth which is a great value!
