Real Estate is more than buying or selling homes…it’s about growth, tenacity and creating a purposeful and happy life!
David and his wife, Anna, spent nearly 25 years in the Houston, Texas area. During that time, he GC’d the build of his own home for his family from the ground, up. A passion for construction, design, and making a house a home was born.
Upon moving to Florida in early 2014, he became a Realtor and worked as a very successful Remodeling Designer for 10 years. Helping people find and raise the value in their home property was extremely rewarding. After traveling adventures in the Smoky Mountains for several years, they decided East Tennessee was their future and permanent home. In 2024, they bought and remodeled a distressed property in Jonesborough, TN; turning it into their personal dream home! Inspired, David became a Realtor in Tennessee! His experience in both industries allows him to help newcomers and current residents in the home buying/selling process.
When not helping home buyers/sellers, David enjoys trail walking and hiking, time with the grandkids, & reclaiming old wood and remaking them into beautiful things.
