With 40 years of business leadership experience and more than 30 years of personal experience buying and selling real estate, Todd Nickens brings a unique perspective to helping clients navigate one of life's largest financial decisions.
As Principal Broker with WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Saxon Clark, Todd is committed to putting his experience, leadership, and knowledge to work for buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Todd also understands relocation from personal experience. Before making Kingsport, Tennessee home more than 30 years ago, Todd relocated 17 times because of work. He and his wife, Olivia, have personally bought or sold homes numerous times, giving Todd firsthand insight into the decisions, challenges, and opportunities that come with buying, selling, and relocating.
Originally from the Nashville area, Todd and Olivia have built their lives and raised their family in Kingsport. Their experiences throughout Tennessee, combined with decades of living in the Tri-Cities region, give Todd an appreciation for both the people and communities that make Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia a special place to call home.
